Challengers for Upcoming Competitions

This is to inform all the students interested in Client Counselling. The challenger will be conducted for the selection of teams to represent School of Law, UPES in the following competitions:

• Symbhav 2020: Client Counselling Competition which will take place  from 28^th February, 2020 to 1^st March, 2020 at Symbiosis Law School, Pune.

Symbhav 2020: Fest at Symbiosis Law School, Pune [Feb 28-March 1]: Register by Jan 10 [Extended]

• The Louis M. Brown and Forrest S. Mosten International Client Consultation Competition (National Rounds 2020) which will take place 31^st January, 2020 – 2^nd February, 2020  at JLU School of Law, Jagran Lakecity University, Bhopal.

• SSG National Client Counseling Competition, 2020 which will take place on 7^th – 9^th February, 2020  at Panjab University Swami Sarvanand Giri (SSG) Regional Centre,  Hoshiarpur.

Fest Aequitas’20 at PUSSGRC, Hoshiarpur [Feb 7-9]: Register by Jan 31

Guidelines for the challenger would be:

The team must comprise of Two Counsels

The themes covered in the challengers would be pertaining to Contract Law, Family Law, Company Law, Criminal Law, Constitutional Law and Torts. Please prepare accordingly.

On the basis of the team’s performance, the competitions would be allotted.
